  • What training plan should I use to get faster? 
  • Can you coach me to get faster?


I really love having one on one conversations about running and training – but want to help anyone who needs it. 

So I put together this 5 day challenge to share some of my best practices and advice to RUN FASTER. 

All the tips and strategies are realistic, do-able AND get results. 

Even if you bonked at your last race…

Even if you consider yourself a slow runner…

Even if you’ve never done speed workouts before…

Even if your spirit animal is a turtle…
